We’ve only just begun.
Anime Village has been an idea ruminating in our fevered dreams for a couple of years now. But it wasn’t until early 2022 that we started realizing our vision.
With the New Year fast approaching, we thought this a good time to review what we’ve accomplished during the past few months and just as importantly, what’s in store for Anime, Manga and gaming fans come 2023!

Village 555 is the epicenter of Anime Village’s Metaverse.
First up…
After a few months of strategic and creative planning, we began the build of our first Metaverse (more on that in a sec), Village 555.
The hub of our virtual world, this is where you can hang out with virtual friends, create your Avatar, read Manga, play games and so much more. Currently, we’ve got a single-player pre-Alpha demo available for download. In the coming months, you can look forward to a multi-player version that will give you an even better idea of how we’re creating a living, breathing Anime world.
Our plans are to release four genre-inspired virtual Villages in 2023: Fury Falls (action), Harmony Hills (slice of life), Legends Gate (adventure) and Mystic Valley (supernatural).
Next up…
We set out to develop our first all-original Manga, a Shōnen title, Adamanto. You can check out the ashcan here, and we’ll be releasing the complete first chapter in the first week of the New Year! From there, we’ll be moving ahead with the following chapters to complete Volume I, which we’re planning to have ready for the end of 2023.

Also in the works will be our other original Manga, (un)Dead Reckoning (supernatural), Toon & Kigo (slice of life) and Cro-Magnum (adventure). Each of these titles will be married to their respective genre Villages, which will be driven by the stories introduced in their respective Manga.
The first genre Village we’ll be building is Fury Falls, which will include quests and activities based on the narratives introduced in Adamanto.
And finally (well, for 2022 anyway)…
The last big launch for 2022 are our NFT series: The Tetsu and Gaido Collections. The first showcases Shin’ichi Tanso, the chief protagonist from Adamanto, wearing 10 different samurai armors. The ‘wow’ factor comes in the form of their utility, which offers a 1-of-1 Avatar wearing the very same uniform.
The Gaido Collection features Anime Village’s virtual guide, Suki, perched before a series of colorful backdrops to denote her mood and character. Like the Tetsu Collection, Gaido has a nifty utility built into it where purchasers will receive an annual digital keepsake (Manga, discounts on land, artifacts and items and more). And you’ll continue to receive these freebies for as long as you hold the NFT.
Come 2023, we’ll be launching another four Clans for the Tetsu Collection, along with other characters appearing in the Adamanto Manga, which also means you’ll have your pick of even more 1-of-1 Avatars.
Oh yeah…we also picked up a ton of amazing swag during our trip to Japan and will be offering them as exclusive giveaways on TikTok and IG. So, make sure to stay tuned for your shot at some cool merch, most of which isn’t available in North America.

Happy New Year!
2023 is going to be a big year for Anime Village and even better for fans. Fury Falls, more Clan NFTs, Volume I for Adamanto and other original Manga and so much more!
On behalf of everyone here, we want to wish you all a happy and healthy New Year, and we’re very much looking forward to showing you how we’re taking the Anime experience to the next level.
