Gary Phillips, CEO
Founder and Chief Executive Officer: Gary leads and implements strategies, exploring new products and innovations and organizational direction. He brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience to Anime Village and has led organizational growth, turnaround and international expansion for various companies as a CEO, President, COO, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and a Division President of a publicly traded company.
Bryan Soroka, CLO
Founder and Chief Lore Officer: Bryan develops strategies, product ideation and the creation and management of Anime Village’s intellectual properties including the characters, worlds and narratives featured in our Manga, Metaverse and other social- and technology-driven platforms. An award-winning copywriter and creative director with over 20 years of experience, Bryan takes an integrated approach to Anime Village’s product and service offerings.
Steve Cheslock, CFO
Chief Financial Officer: Steve specializes in business process improvement with direct correlation to P&L productivity. Lean processes and 80/20 analysis are some examples of the tools he uses to facilitate improvements in profitability, working capital and balance sheet optimization. These tools, along with the development of smart KPI’s, lead to sustainable improvement actions and targets, all mandates embraced by Anime Village to help ensure an incredible user experience.
Greg Phillips, Advisor
Greg is the founder and President of Plow Digital and Plow Games. He has created games and entertainment products including mobile, online, console, and social games for consumer and business clients. He has over 30 years of creative leadership, is a successful entrepreneur and has won multiple awards for the innovative games and programs. Clients including Audi, Airstream, EA, Macallan, Terminus, and more amazing clients.
